The Opportunity

As an Operations Data Management Specialist you will be responsible for gathering and entering data from one or multiple sources to compile into a meaningful report or database from which due diligence or other research or action can be accomplished.

The Impact

We are looking for a Operations Data Management professional who can ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of both input and output data by visual examination and/or balances to control figures and ensure satisfactory conditions of data input and output.  Additionally, incumbents will resolve discrepancies in data, forms or missing information, organize, store and retrieve technical and general information related to company work and projects and generate recurring reports from database making minor report edits as needed.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision, operates data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry and verification functions.  

  • Accommodate the storage of records and documents.  

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of both input and output data by visual examination.

  • Maintain logs so that retrieval of records and documents is possible.

The Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • 1 year of work experience

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Willingness to work in the Springfield, MA office in some capacity

The Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within MMLIS

  • Experience with A360
