The Enterprise Output Management Services team is a team of developers that works on projects that need to generate customer communicates such as contracts, financial statements, bills, letters, and checks just to name a few.  The team supports our strategic document generation and output management tools (xPression and Emtex) as well as several Legacy tools (Documerge, Compuset, Transformer, etc..)  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document generation within the customer communication industry with a focus on innovative legacy conversion strategies. 

What your days and weeks will include as a Developer

  • Developer/Production Support Role
  • Monitor and address production incidents
  • Capable of handling broad scope projects that have short to medium-term focus
  • Works with guidance on more complex projects
  • Looks for and finds ways to improve operations
  • Coordination of code and data migration tasks
  • Operates independently on multiple project tasks:
  • Shows initiative, is organized, and has a positive work ethic
  • Provide technical info on job data and layout back to project teams
  • Non-functional requirements for application specific components
  • Responsible for driving designs to ensure they align with architectural roadmap and can be adhered to with-in project schedule and budget.
  • Participate in Peer Reviews of designs and code
  • Documenting technical workflows and integrating new work within overall technology roadmap.
  • Makes sure the individual designs integrate and create a working overall design; identifies gaps, problems and dependencies between individual designs/systems

The skills that make you a great fit.

  • 5 years working experience in:
  • IT Output Management in the Transactionally generated Customer Communication Industry
  • BlueCrest/Pitney Bowes Emtex Suite of Products◦
    • Emtex application support
    • Emtex JESConnect, WatchDT and OPSDT
    • Emtex Output Manager
  • Scripting languages such as VB Script or .NET or batch
  • PDL print formats such as AFP or PDF or PS or PCL or Xerox LCDS/Metacode
  • Operating System support such as z/OS Mainframe or Windows or Linux or Unix

Preferred skills.

  • Knowledge of high speed production printers Canon-OCE and Xerox (continuous feed, cut-sheet, and color)
  • DesignPro
  • Mainframe Compuset
  • Documerge
  • BBH Transformer
  • JIRA/Confluence
  • Working collaboratively with a remote team
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills

target job salary $89,200.00 – $156,100.00
