While there is a lot of emotional currency received from helping people, none of it happens until someone takes the time to analyze the client’s challenges and put together recommendations that make sense and are actionable.  If you’re the analytic type, you’ll particularly enjoy this part of the career.  Every client is different with unique subtleties to their situation. Sometimes it’s a puzzle or a mystery to solve. You’ll gather all the facts, financial documents and determine the best recommendations. This is your chance to be a ‘play maker’.  You’ll have the backing of your mentoring Sales Manager, and all of the resources of your local agency and available specialist to help you along the way.  And of course, you’ll also have the MassMutual product portfolio of solutions to recommend.
