The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Corporate Technology Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Platforms team. This role is central to translating enterprise technology strategy into executable, high‑impact outcomes across collaboration, workflow, productivity, AI enablement, and core employee platforms.
In this role, you will lead complex, cross‑functional programs that span multiple platforms, vendors, and business stakeholders. You will operate at both the strategic and execution layers—shaping roadmaps, establishing governance, driving delivery discipline, and ensuring measurable value realization. This is a high‑visibility role with regular interaction with senior technology leaders and enterprise partners.

The Team
The Corporate Tech Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Platforms team is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise platform strategy that powers how employees work, collaborate, and leverage technology to drive business outcomes. The portfolio includes, but is not limited to:
- Collaboration & Communication Platforms (e.g.,Slack,Teams, Zoom)
- Workflow & Design Platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Adobe, Lucid, Figma)
- Productivity & Content Platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian)
- AI Enablement & Automation (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Enterprise Enablement, Adoption, and Change
The team operates globally and partners closely with Corporate Technology leaders, business stakeholders, security, architecture, finance, and vendors. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning strategy, execution, and adoption across this ecosystem.
The Impact
Program & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of large, multi‑year enterprise platform programs from initiation through delivery and stabilization.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive alignment across multiple initiatives to ensure cohesive delivery across the enterprise enablement portfolio.
Strategic Planning & Governance
- Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery models.
- Establish and maintain program governance, including operating rhythms, executive readouts, risk escalation, and decision frameworks.
- Ensure programs remain aligned with enterprise strategy, funding models, and architectural standards.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Partner with senior leaders, platform owners, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability.
- Communicate complex program status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executive audiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on execution strategy, sequencing, and capacity considerations.
Cross‑Functional Delivery
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, architecture, security, operations, finance, and change/adoption teams.
- Manage interdependencies across platforms, vendors, and business initiatives.
- Enable teams to execute effectively by removing obstacles and improving delivery flow.
Financial & Resource Management
- Own program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources across internal teams and external partners.
- Support business case development and value realization tracking.
Risk, Change & Adoption
- Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, operational, and organizational risks.
- Lead change management planning in partnership with adoption and communications leads.
- Ensure solutions are not only delivered, but successfully adopted and embedded into ways of working.
Continuous Improvement
- Improve program management practices, tooling, and delivery standards across the portfolio.
- Apply data and insights to optimize execution, sequencing, and decision‑making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field required
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, leading large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives
- 8+ years of experience standing up and leading complex enterprise programs in technology‑driven environments
Ideal Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and executive reporting
- Demonstrated experience with organizational change management
- Experience delivering platform, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise enablement initiatives
- Strong command of program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or similar ecosystems
- Program or portfolio management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Highly organized, proactive, and outcome‑oriented
