Partner with plan sponsors, intermediaries, legal, actuarial, operations, and data specialists to coordinate deliverables and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Review complex pension provisions, support contract and certificate development, and help resolve issues affecting participant populations, benefits, and contract terms.
Guide conversations on non-standard benefits and implementation issues, balancing client needs, operational feasibility, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate critical implementation outputs, including communications, welcome materials, certificates, and documentation required for state filings and post-installation support.
The Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma
5+ years of experience in a client-facing, relationship management, or customer service role.
3+ years of experience leading or coordinating projects, implementations, onboarding activities, or other complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
